Stringent Testing. Quality Assured.

Every Fully Assembled Product Is 100% Inspected Before It Leaves Our Plant.

You’ve got to put your products through hell if you want to make sure they’ll stand up to the toughest usage on earth. And we do. Ward Leonard conducts government-qualified shock, vibration, electro-mechanical endurance, and environmental testing under closely monitored and controlled temperature and humidity levels to meet your most stringent requirements. We are certified as ISO 9000:2008 compliant. Our quality assurance processes guarantee that motors and control systems are fault-free before they leave our plant. Our calibration system meets MIL-STD-45662 standards, while all assurance functions meet MIL-I-45208 and, if required, MIL-Q9858. Ward Leonard meets or exceeds established standards for motor efficiency, reliability and resiliency. And our welding, brazing, and non-destructive testing also meets or exceeds NAVSEA requirements.
